Our coffee story

About our coffee story

It all started with an idea of mine when I was about to turn 30 years old. “I wanted to have certain accomplishments by the time I turn 30,” I said to my husband, and making latte art was one of the things I had on my list. It turned out, making a good latte art is so much harder than it seemed. Every barista who works at a coffee shop who is able to casually pour a good heart, a rosetta, a tullip, a swan, or any other shapes is super amazing. It looked so easy, but wait until you try it! So, my husband and I decided to put more efforts to it, and that was the beginning of our journey falling in love with making latte art – every, single, morning.

Being able to make a latte art first thing in the morning before going to work or before anything on the weekends are one of the sweetest feelings in my life. It just feel right and fulfilling to pour a heart-shaped latte art or any shapes for myself, and almost like a small treats every morning.

I’ve decided to share our learning experience, as more and more of our friends are starting such journey with us. This way, hopefully you’ll get to where you’d like to get to, faster.

Cheers,

Cindy
